Ervin Outreach Fund Committee

Named for Virginia B. Ervin, St. Barnabas' first female vestry member, the committee provides services to people in need in the State of Colorado through grants to not-for-profit organizations, including St. Barnabas.

Grants are intended to assist in alleviating hunger and supporting children's growth and development.  Excepting grants to St. Barnabas, 100% matching funds are required, although there is discretion to reduce that percentage in special cases.  The preference is to support organizations in which one or more church members are involved and which are sustainable services rather than one-time projects.
