About
Voice of the Wood Cello Quartet
Michael Marecak, Shirley
Marecak, Marilyn Hof and Stephen Weidner are all cellists with
the Evergreen Chamber Orchestra. They all have long and
impressive musical resumes and thet play together with joy and
gusto throughout the Denver metropolitan area.
For this concert, they will
be playing sections from Vivaldi, Bach, local composer Normand
Lockwood, Kenton Coe, South American composer Mendoza-Nava and
others. They will be joined for some of their selections by
12-year old artist Kelcie Howell.

About Susan Rember
This is a rare opportunity to publicly view the
art of long time Denver resident Susan Rember.
Susan is well known for her etchings and oils.
Her artistic style, contemporary realism, is loved by many. Her
goal is to represent the beauty and essence in subject matter
Her sensitivity to color will astonish you.
This is Susan Rember's second show at St.
Barnabas, having initiated the Arts on Vine program with former
Rector, Al Halverstadt, in 1996.
For sale are glass tiles, cutting boards, glass
tiles with stained glass ready to hang in a window, glass top
tables, all made from the many images of Susan's oils. These
items make great Christmas gifts. Her art is now in many homes
and businesses and is presently for sale at her studio, on eBay
and at the White Bird Gallery in Cannon Beach, Oregon.
